The Organisation

Our client is an Australian owned importer, distributor and manufacturer of laboratory equipment, instrumentation and consumables who sell product throughout the Australian scientific community. Established for over 20 years, they manage a stable of premium brands which are recognised for their precision and quality. Sustained growth in recent years has now reached a stage where adding to the sales force nationally is a priority - interested in a medical sales role with an uncapped commission scheme ?

The Role

Reporting to a Sales Manager based here in Sydney, you will be part of a small team  whose objective is to reach sales targets using an equal combination of account management and business development. You will be primarily selling to medical laboratories and selected pathology labs, universities and hospitals. The range of products includes a diverse range of consumables through to \'high end\' diagnostic equipment.  

The Person       

You need to have a track record of local field sales experience in the healthcare or scientific sectors, and preferably possess a science based degree. Some regional travel will be required and theres a chance you may be sent overseas for training dependant on performance. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self motivated and possess superior communication and presentation skills. This really is a chance to make your mark and show  why youre management material !
