This organisation by nature manages high volumes of functions on a day to day basis. Due to annual leave commitments and a recent resignation they are looking for a temp to assist in the Marketing team specifically managing the events and PR.

Based in the head office in North Sydney this role will be responsible for the management and co ordination of functions including trade shows, training, meetings, conferences, internal promotions and employee engagement events. In addition the successful applicant will be responsible for preparing customer communications, marketing collateral and administrative services.

 

Ideally you will have worked within a marketing team in the past with experience co-ordinating functions and developing/ preparing communication pieces. You will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and it is desirable that you have a Marketing qualification but not essential. It is essential that you are available immediately.
