The Office of Corporate Affairs supports the University Council as the governing board of the University and provides strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor and senior executives on the University’s relationships with alumni, business, community, donors and government. The Office is organised into two Units - Corporate Governance Unit and University Advancement Unit.

The Advancement Unit supports the University in achieving its strategic objectives through the development of mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders.

The Faculty Advancement Officer works as a member of a professional and performance oriented team to design, coordinate, support and implement stakeholder engagement activities and programs of the Faculty, and to generate financial and other support to assist the Faculty and University to achieve their advancement objectives.
