Join this rapidly expanding alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme responsible for the investigation and resolution of complaints concerning the insurance, financial service s/investments and superannuation industry. The downturn in the financial market has seen an increase in the number of complaints received by our client. This has translated into the creation of new senior roles in the Case Management area of the scheme.

As a Case Manager you will investigate and analyse complaints between consumers and financial planners, managed investment schemes, stockbrokers, life insurance companies,  and other financial services organisations. Enjoy negotiating and communicating directly with the parties, researching insurance law and Corporation Act issues, drafting memos and letters and being involved in the resolution of complaints.

With strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, our client is keen to consider candidates with excellent  drafting skills and a passion for ADR. Your background will include a legal qualification and at least 3-4 years post admission experience. You will not need to have specific insurance or financial services experience, although this will be highly regarded.
