Due to an increase in the demand for our services, we are opening a new office in the Melbourne CBD and have a need for a Recruitment Consultant to join the business.
 
As an experienced consultant, preferably wi thin the oil and gas engineering sector you will be required to develop new commercial accounts within technical industries, in addition to maintenance of relationships and growing contacts with current clients.  
 
Specific responsibilities will involve;
 
  • Client contact to generate contract and permanent openings
  • Management of job requirements with recruiters and client companies
  • Assistance with the development of a functional sales plan in conjunction with management
  • Candidate care including ongoing networking with existing placements.
  • The preparation of job descriptions and placement of suitable advertising.
  • Receiving and sorting advertising responses.
  • Working effectively with co workers to promote strong team atmosphere and support sales and recruiting efforts
  • Utilising reverse marketing as a sales tool and consistently pursuing new business opportunities for Bond Personnel business lines
 
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self starter with the ability to interface at all levels of operation and a willingness to make things happen!
 
Specific requirements include;
 
  • Proven recruitment experience with a successful track record
  • A thorough understanding of technical engineering recruitment operations 
  • A good base level of technical understanding in engineering.
  • Experience with Fasttrack will be an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
