An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within a Western Shire Council for a highly motivated, career driven Statutory Planner to join a small and enthusiastic growing team.     

As a planner you will be responsible for a range of planning applications from residential, to commercial and industrial, rural and even heritage developments. You will be working with developers, neighbouring councils and other council departments on a range of zoning issues and other subdivision issues.

Our client will be looking for a planner who is very passionate about Urban Planning that can demonstrate exceptional customer service. The successful planner will have four to five plus years experience as a Statutory Planner with the ability to pick up planning applications at various stages and completing these in a timely manner.
