What we need:
Senior Project/Programme Manager (Human Resources experience)
In this position you will be the key liaison between our clients, the project team and management teams. You will be responsible for:
- Senior Stakeholder Management across a national organisation
- Organisational Design
- Change Management (particularly in HR Policy consolidation and implementations, workplace assessment)
- Applying your HR experience in Directing and Leading a team of consultants Business Process Reengineering
- Your overall objective will be to maximise operating efficiency and ensure client satisfaction
We will only consider candidates with at least 7 years direct experience with a relevant tertiary education.
Senior Project/Programme Manager (Financial Services - Insurance experience)
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for numerous project tasks including:
- Strong Stakeholder Management and business Governance across a national organisation
- Implementing large integrated business solutions
- Analysing and communicating high level business requirements
- Managing teams of high level consultants
- Be experienced in the use of Agile/SCRUM methodologies / approaches
- Strong project delivery in a complex challenging environment
We will only consider candidates with at least 7 years experience and relevant tertiary education.
