With regional offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland and Wellington we are experiencing increasing demand and are currently looking to expand our Brisbane team. We are looking for skills across our telecoms, retail, finance, energy, technology and public sector practices.

 

What we need:

Senior Project/Programme Manager (Human Resources experience)

In this position you will be the key liaison between our clients, the project team and management teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Senior Stakeholder Management across a national organisation
  • Organisational Design
  • Change Management (particularly in HR Policy consolidation and implementations, workplace assessment)
  • Applying your HR experience in Directing and Leading a team of consultants Business Process Reengineering
  • Your overall objective will be to maximise operating efficiency and ensure client satisfaction

We will only consider candidates with at least 7 years direct experience with a relevant tertiary education.

Senior Project/Programme Manager (Financial Services - Insurance experience)

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for numerous project tasks including:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management and business Governance across a national organisation
  • Implementing large integrated business solutions
  • Analysing and communicating high level business requirements
  • Managing teams of high level consultants
  • Be experienced in the use of Agile/SCRUM methodologies / approaches
  • Strong project delivery in a complex challenging environment

We will only consider candidates with at least 7 years experience and relevant tertiary education.
