Project Manager - HVAC Construction - Brisbane and South East Qld

Our client needs no introduction in the HVAC and Mechanical Services space. They are a global entity with an exceptional history and pedigree. Due to a corporate restructure this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Project Manager from the construction industry in South East Qld - Based in Brisbane.

The Role on Offer

Working closely with the regional offices, your role will be to manage HVAC construction projects in the SE Qld area. You will be backed by exceptional support mechanisms, both in the relevant regional office and in Head Office. Remuneration for this role will be discussed with suitable candidates, however it will include:

  • Base + Super
  • Tools of Trade - Mobile and laptop
  • Bonuses
  • Car Allowance

Selection Criteria

To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years successful project management experience in the Construction Arena in the  Brisbane market
  • You are able to demonstrate thorough project management methodologies
  • You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills
  • You have high morale and ethical standards.
  • Candidates with HVAC or Mechanical services experience and ⁄ or who have worked for Allstaff, Hasties, Haden, Frigrite or other large contractors are encouraged to apply
  • Greenstar knowledge and ⁄ or  Certification highly regarded but not essential
