With your innate ability to deliver exceptional customer service across a diverse range of customers, you will become an integral part of their Inbound Contact Centre based in the South East of Melbourne (Mt Waverley).

These positions will commence on the 30th of August 2010 with full time roles available. You will be working on a varying roster between the hours of 7am-9pm Monday to Friday in a modern open plan Contact Centre. 

Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

  • The ability to work well in a team environment with a positive and supportive attitude. 
  • The ability to resolve complaints and consumer customer enquiries in a polite, professional and timely manner.
  • Be personally committed to achieving customer service excellence. 
  • Demonstrate strong computing skills and the ability to learn systems quickly.
