In this newly created key role, you will provide professional telephone support services to a broad range of internal and external customers, including product quotations, processing enquiries and orders, problem solving and following up incoming/outgoing goods.
What you need:
• Sound experience in customer service/internal sales ideally with an industrial products company
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office and integrated systems
• A ‘can do’ positive attitude
• Good verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
• Attention to detail
• An approach that sees you take responsibility for your actions
• A willingness to learn
