A leader in the manufacture of industrial products for a broad range of customers across the mining, construction and industrial sectors, this company is renowned on the global market as an innovator that constantly reinvests in new technology, facilities, equipment and people.

In this newly created key role, you will provide professional telephone support services to a broad range of internal and external customers, including product quotations, processing enquiries and orders, problem solving and following up incoming/outgoing goods.

What you need: 

• Sound experience in customer service/internal sales ideally with an industrial products company
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office and integrated systems
• A ‘can do’ positive attitude
• Good verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
• Attention to detail
• An approach that sees you take responsibility for your actions
• A willingness to learn
