Project Manager - Consultancy in Construction, Building & Architecture Jobs

 Our client is a successful project and construction management consultancy providing a diverse range of services to the property industry. With a substantial list of high profile clients and an enviable record of delivering large scale projects on a national level they are well placed to benefit in the current market conditions. They are looking to secure the services of an experienced PM from the local market to join the project management division within the QLD business unit.

This position requires an individual with a strong track record in securing and delivering projects, you will utilise your networks within private and government organisations to both win work, secure repeat business and assist in growing the team. You will be responsible for business development, project delivery, client satisfaction and the organic growth of this department.

We are seeking applications from current Project Managers within local consultancy in the property and construction industry, preferably with at least 5 years experience in a similar role. You will possess a relevant tertiary qualifications, proven business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
