A well known well structured commercial construction company has made there mark in the industry predominantly within high end residential apartments. They have developed the company into one that will complete projects up to the value of $25M and also have there own dev elopments on the go.

Due to there rapid and continued growth they are seeking a Contract Administrator to help grown the business.

You will have a solid background within commercial construction and i particular as a Contract Administrator whilst also having knowledge of design and construct projects. You will be required to have all the skills required as a Contract Administrator, RFI‘s, variations and letting out small and large packages.

The opportunities are endless with this company and they will allow you to develop and grow at your own pace and your own level. If your desire is to be a Construction Manager in 2yrs then this is most definitely a possibility or if you want to stay as a Contract Administrator but move into a more senior level then this is also possible.
