This opportunity is an immediate need due to the established reputation of this local builder, who is based on the coast. The company pride themselves on their work and are renowned for producing quality projects in the commercial, industrial and education sectors with typical project values between $15Million and $50Million. They are an expert in Design & Construct projects within New Build and they enjoy a high percentage of repeat business for loyal clients as well as winning work in the open market with a healthy split of 60/40.


An experienced Estimator with 10 years + is sought to join the team producing multiple projects concurrently. You will need to be well organised and time line efficient as most of their tenders are fix lump sums with strict closing times. You will also possess a sharp commercial mind as this opportunity will ideally lead you to the more senior position within the estimating ranks.
