In this role you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and handling in-bound enquiries from members and employers across a range of areas including member details, contribution allocation and benefit payments. This is a varied role that will utilise your outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will also include :-

• Achieving agreed service standards;
• Exceeding customer expectations;
• Contribution towards team objectives;
• Providing support to senior customer service team members; and
• General administration

Ideally, you will have a strong background in customer service having worked in a fast paced environment. You will also thrive on providing excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Your ability to work towards goals and deadlines will also be a stand out.
