  • $100-120k base dependent on experience + bonus

This leading domestic institution seeks a well-versed Compliance Manager or Senior Compliance Analyst looking for the next step in their career.

Working in a team that covers business and private banking, agri and corporate sectors, you will be a flexible individual who enjoys variety in their role. Your tenacious and relationship-driven attitude teamed with an inquisitive nature will ensure you get the best out of the various levels of stakeholders through the business.

You will have a solid regulatory knowledge or certainly a capacity to capitalise on your level of skills in this arena; you will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and may have a highly regarded training element to your skill set (both preparing material and delivering content).

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this role are as follows:·

  • Execute and maintain the compliance monitoring and reporting program including completion of compliance monitoring to agreed schedule
  • Evaluate and advise on compliance issues in relation to new and existing product/process initiatives and reviews.
  • Develop and maintain co-operative and effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders.Contribute to the design, implementation and on-going improvement of compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of, and undertake compliance learning and development across business units.
  • Advise management of changes to regulations which affect customers and take appropriate actions to ensure ongoing compliance where necessary.
  • Review material completed by the unit for external distribution including PDS.
