Customer Service Consultant - Insurance

This Australian motor insurance specialist are looking for new members within their customer service space to join their growing team.  There are numerous potential positions available for the right candidates.

Key responsibilities of these positions:

  • provide friendly, effective customer service with inbound and outbound calls over the phone
  • processing insurance claims and queries from lodgement to fulfilment of the claim
  • maintaining communication between insurers, customers and all parties involved in the process
  • maintaining client expectations
  • provide administration support as required to put through the claim

Previous experience and knowledge needed:

  • working knowledge in either claims or insurance within customer-contact roles, ideally within motor accident claims
  • previous administration and customer service skills
  • strong computer skills within MS Office Suite
  • conflicts resolution, client management skills

These candidates must come from a background and understanding of claims and insurance.  If you are experienced with any relevant claims experience, with strong attention to detail, clear communcation skills and time management - then this would be a great opportunity for you.
