The Customer Services team manages the relationship between Mazda and our customers via a range of industry leading services. This role is to provide one of these services - receiving and resolving inbound technical enquiries from our customers. In this role you will:

  •  Bring an unwavering customer focus to the resolution of technical enquiries and achieve outstanding customer outcomes
  •  Understand technical customer enquiries and draw on relevant expertise as required
  •  Provide an analytical and systematic approach to solving problems and innovation to finding new ways of delivering customer satisfaction
  • Provide assistance and feedback to Dealers and Mazda field staff in the investigation and resolution of technical concerns in the field
  • Work to enhance Mazda’s brand, ethics, product quality, and professional image
This is a full-time Melbourne based (Mount Waverley) role and the successful applicant will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager.
 
The successful applicant must have mechanical knowledge and will have experience working in a frontline customer service role handling technical enquiries in a retail or call centre environment. You will also have strong communication, listening, relationship building and problem solving skills.
