Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join a well established and reputable four partner CA firm. Located North of the River, this progressive and leading edge firm provides a full spectrum of business and personal services including tax compliance, business planning, superannuation and a lot more. In addition to their services, a strong and lengthy history of their clients demonstrates the value the firm has places on each individual.
Reporting directly to the partner, you will be working autonomously in managing the business services and tax compliance of their SME client base. You will ultimately be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for a client base of sole-traders, partnerships, trusts and companies as well as SMFS’s.
This critical role will require somebody with extensive professional practice experience gained within a taxation and/or superannuation environment. It is likely that you will be professionally qualified or near completion and offer the ability to effectively manage and liaise with your own set of clients. You will also hold outstanding research and communication skills and be able to hit the ground running.
