Due to growth in their Superannuation division, an excellent and rare oppo rtunity has arisen for a Senior Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Accountant to join a well established and reputable professional practice firm. This progressive group provides a full spectrum of accounting services including tax, superannuation, strategic business planning advice and financial planning solutions.
Reporting directly to the partner, you will be working independently in managing the compliance and audit requirements of SMSF’s. You will ultimately be responsible for managing and training the Superannuation division. In addition to this, you will also be involved in the business development and growth of this newly formed division.
This critical role will require somebody with extensive super fund experience including excellent research and communication skills. It is likely you will be professionally qualified or near completion and offer the ability to effectively manage and liaise with your own set of clients. You will also be proficient in BGL software, hold solid computer skills and be able to hit the ground running.
